We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compliance Risk Advisory team at Risk Consulting through our Professional Graduate Programme. This role will be based in Milan and/or Rome for a hybrid role. Risk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of Marsh Risk, a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, capital, paople and investments.
We will count on you to: Analysis of business processes through risk assessment activities, in order to evaluate internal control systems and identify measures aimed at mitigating the gaps identified.



Implementation and strategic strengthening of policies and procedures within the Internal Control System. Support on projects related to Third Party Risk Management.
Implementation of Compliance Models and support to Supervisory Bodies (pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, Law 262/05, etc.). Definition and review of anti-corruption models (Law 190/12 and ISO 37001). Internal Audit activities, both operational and compliance. Data Protection Compliance, based on a thorough knowledge of the GDPR. Support in the implementation of anti-fraud frameworks.
What you need to have: University Master Degree in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.).
