TheClinicalResearchManager(CRM)willberesponsibleforcoordinatingandoverseeingcountryandsitemanagementactivitiesduringstudyconductincompliancewithcompanypolicies,SOPs,ICH-GCPguidelines,regulatoryrequirements,andcontractualobligations.
YouwillworkcloselywithProjectManagers,ClinicalResearchAssociates(CRAs),sponsors,andinvestigativesitestoensurestudiesaredeliveredontime,withinscope,andtothehighestqualitystandards.
KeyResponsibilitiesManageday-to-dayclinicaloperationsactivitiesforassignedprojectsinaccordancewithstudyprotocols,contracts,SOPs,ICH-GCPguidelines,andapplicableregulations.
Serveastheprimarysponsorcontactforoperationalproject-specificissuesandstudydeliverables.
Lead,coach,andsupportCRAs,ensuringproject-specifictrainingrequirementsarecompletedanddocumented.
Overseesitequalityandmonitoringdeliverablesthroughdirectsupervisionandguidanceofstudyteams.
Developandimplementstudymonitoringplans,sitetrainingplans,andverificationinitiatives.
Coordinateinvestigatormeetingsandsupportsiteandcountry-levelstudyreportingactivities.
