Responsibilities
Make an impact Primary goals for this role include: Provide technical support to on-site technicians. Assist in system troubleshooting and restoration activities. Identify and report recurring issues to Quality and Engineering teams, contributing to continuous product improvement, enhanced quality, and increased safety.
Application Requirements
What you need to succeed To be successful in the role we are looking for:
Good knowledge of relational database analysis and programming, particularly Microsoft SQL Server. Basic knowledge of software development, preferably in VB6, C++, and C#. Experience in computer troubleshooting, including software and driver installation/configuration, and hardware component replacement in a Microsoft Windows environment. Basic knowledge of PLC systems, including configuration, operation, and troubleshooting (Siemens and Beckhoff preferred). Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics. Basic mechatronic knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs and expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and business partners.
