? 100% Remote (Priority Regions: South Africa, Latin America, & Europe)
Note: While we are a work-from-anywhere global team, customer-facing roles strictly operate during US Business Hours (EST/PST). Professional-level English proficiency (C1/C2) is non-negotiable.

? The Vision: Building the Operating System for Product Creation
Since 2013, THE/STUDIO has been building the definitive operating system for product creation. We are combining modern SaaS technology with custom manufacturing to make producing physical goods as seamless, fast, and scalable as launching software.

We operate two core platforms: Customize Now (our best-in-class, on-demand manufacturing platform) and Source Anything (our new SaaS product that enables customers to seamlessly work with global factories beyond our own network).

We are a profitable, previously Silicon Valley-backed, fully remote company, and we are not just looking to improve manufacturing, we are looking for a visionary operator to help us truly revolutionize the global supply chain.

? The Role
We are looking for a high-energy,

consultative Senior Creative Specialist to own our inbound engine. You will manage a high-volume, high-velocity stream of inbound opportunities. You aren't just an order-taker or customer support rep; you are a trusted advisor who uncovers deep client needs, closes the initial deal with urgency, and actively nurtures accounts to maximize repeat business.

? What You’ll Do
• Consult & Close: Own the full inbound sales cycle. Guide inbound leads through their production journey, confidently handle objections, and position THE/STUDIO as the premier alternative to "cheap but risky" sourcing options.
• Nurture the Engine: Go beyond the one-off sale. Build and manage your own healthy book of repeat accounts, turning initial inbound buyers into long-term partners.
• Pipeline Speed & Discipline: Manage a high-volume pipeline in Pipedrive with military precision, fast sales cadences, and flawless CRM hygiene.
