you will be responsible for the following activities:\ *\ *Business Development\ *\ *- Develop and consolidate your business unit by identifying and enhancing new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects.- Understand clients' needs, negotiate solutions, and propose high value-added consulting services.- Participate in the preparation and presentation of commercial offers.\ *\ *Recruitment\ *\ *- Build and grow your team of consultants by identifying profiles that best match the objectives of your business unit.- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, select, and hire the best talent in the market.\ *\ *Management\ *\ *- Manage and expand your client portfolio by building strong and long-lasting relationships.- Manage and empower team resources by supporting their professional growth through monitoring, coaching, and continuous development activities.- Handle budgets and costs related to contractual negotiations and salary proposals.##

What we expect from you
