About The Position

Holafly is looking for a proactive and highly organized Partnerships Operations & Activation Specialist to join our growing Travel Partnerships team.

This role will play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Partnerships team, helping ensure a smooth onboarding and activation experience for partners across global markets.

The position combines operational support, partner onboarding, activation, partner communication, and light commercial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help partners successfully launch, stay engaged, and become active revenue-generating accounts,



while also supporting the internal Partnerships team with operational execution, inbound partner management, and outbound activation follow-up.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commercial mentality focused on helping partners grow and succeed.

This is a global role, remotely based in LATAM, supporting partners across multiple regions and markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound partner requests and onboarding processes
• Support inbound partner acquisition and activation initiatives
• Conduct outbound follow-ups with newly onboarded or inactive partners to drive activation and engagement
• Support partners during setup, including links, tracking, discount codes, and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure fast, clear, and high-quality communication with partners
• Proactively follow up with newly onboarded partners to drive activation and first revenue genera
