pAs an Associate Automation Engineer at our Anagni site, you will help deliver and support the automation systems used in aseptic formulation, filling, facilities and utilities. You will contribute and support to the development of automation and IT/OT work packages, working with colleagues and external partners to implement changes and keep systems reliable, compliant and ready for production. /p h3What you'll bring /h3 ul liA University degree in Automation, Electrical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. /li liBetween 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated process manufacturing, with practical experience in automation, IT or OT. /li liWorking knowledge of PLC, SCADA and process control systems. /li liExperience delivering defined project work packages and interaction with external vendors or system integrators. /li liFamiliarity with GMP, change control, system validation and technical documentation. /li liStrong troubleshooting skills, clear communication in English and the ability to work across functions. /li /ul h3Useful, but not essential: /h3 pExperience with aseptic manufacturing, MES integration , FAT, SAT, IQ or OQ is an advantage. /p h3What you'll do /h3 pYou will take ownership of assigned work packages and support automation systems throughout implementation and daily operation. In this role, you will: /p ul liPlan and deliver defined automation and IT/OT activities, tracking scope, schedules, dependencies, quality requirements and completion criteria. /li liSupport the installation, configuration, integration and commissioning of systems used in formulation, filling, facilities and utilities. /li liCollaborate with vendors and system integrators on assigned activities, following up on milestones and deliverables working closely with the PM to support coordination activities . /li liHelp execute testing and validation activities, including FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ, and maintain the required documentation.
/li liMonitor and troubleshoot automation and process control systems, working with site teams to resolve incidents and improve reliability. /li liInvestigate deviations, contribute to root cause analysis and implement agreed improvements through change control. /li liSupport operational readiness and the handover of new or modified systems to the teams responsible for daily production. /li /ul h3Who you'll work with /h3 pIn Global Manufacturing Supply, colleagues work across the value chain to bring quality products to the people who need them, and you will be close to that work every day. /p pYou will be based at our Anagni site and report to the Automation Manager. You will work closely with colleagues across Automation, IT and OT, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality, as well as external suppliers and system integrators.
