You will collaborate with Production, Operations, Engineering, and other functions to promote compliance, prevent quality issues, and respond effectively to customer needs.What You Will DoEnsure customer requirements are understood and incorporated into quality standards, procedures, and controlsMonitor and evaluate product and process quality against established specifications and requirementsDevelop, implement, and maintain quality management system procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standardsInvestigate quality issues and nonconformities through root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actionsPlan and conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with internal, regulatory,



and customer requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and develop sustainable solutionsAnalyze quality data and metrics using statistical tools to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, audit evidence, and quality documentationPrepare and communicate reports regarding quality findings, risks, and actions to relevant stakeholdersStay current with changes in applicable regulations, industry standards, and quality practicesGuide Quality team members on inspection protocols, testing methods, and documentation requirementsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Five or more years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or compliance engineeringExperience working with quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001Experience investigating nonconformities, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actionsExperience analyzing quality data and metrics using statistical tools and quality methodologiesExperience preparing and maintaining quality or compliance documentation, records,



and reportsProfessional proficiency in written and spoken English and SpanishExperience using Microsoft Office and quality management systems or toolsWhat Will Put You AheadExperience conducting internal or external auditsExperience in a regulated industry or manufacturing environmentKnowledge of Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologiesExperience managing quality or compliance-related projectsKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesExperience using compliance platforms or enterprise systemsAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
