We're building security from the core out. /p h3bAbout the Role /b /h3 pWe are looking for an bIT Security Manager /b to build and manage the technology infrastructure of our growing startup. /p pThis is a hands-on role with broad ownership across bIT infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT governance, asset management and compliance /b. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, building processes and systems from the ground up, while also ensuring that the company’s technology environment is secure, scalable and well governed. /p pYou will work closely with leadership and internal teams to define the company’s IT strategy, establish appropriate security standards and controls, manage IT assets and support internal and external audit activities. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 pbIT Infrastructure Operations /b /p ul liDesign, build and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems and tools. /li liDefine and implement scalable IT processes and standards suitable for a growing startup. /li liManage identity and access management, endpoints, SaaS applications, networks and cloud infrastructure. /li liEnsure the availability, reliability and security of critical IT systems. /li liManage relationships with IT vendors, technology providers and external partners. /li liEstablish appropriate backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes.



/li /ul pbCybersecurity /b /p ul liDevelop and implement the company’s cybersecurity framework and security policies. /li liIdentify and manage IT and cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities. /li liImplement appropriate security controls across systems, devices, applications and cloud environments. /li liManage access controls, authentication, privileged access and user lifecycle processes. /li liCoordinate security incident response and support the investigation and remediation of security incidents. /li liPromote security awareness and best practices across the organization. /li /ul pbIT Governance Compliance /b /p ul liEstablish and maintain IT policies, procedures and internal controls. /li liEnsure appropriate governance over IT systems, data and technology-related processes. /li liMaintain documentation, risk registers, policies and evidence required for compliance activities. /li liSupport the company in meeting relevant regulatory, contractual and security requirements. /li liWork with internal stakeholders to continuously improve IT governance and control frameworks. /li /ul pbIT Asset Management /b /p ul liOwn the company’s IT asset management process, including hardware, software, licenses and SaaS subscriptions. /li liMaintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure appropriate ownership and lifecycle management. /li liManage procurement, deployment, maintenance and retirement of IT assets. /li liMonitor software licenses and technology spend. /li /ul pbAudits Assessments /b /p ul liCoordinate and support internal and external IT/security audits. /li liPrepare documentation and evidence required for audits and compliance assessments. /li liTrack audit findings, remediation plans and corrective actions through to completion. /li liSupport security questionnaires and due diligence processes from customers, partners and investors. /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul lib+5 years of experience /b in IT, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or IT operations,



ideally in a startup or fast-growing environment. /li liDemonstrated experience in bbuilding and managing IT infrastructure from the ground up /b. /li liSolid understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT controls and security best practices. /li liExperience with identity and access management, endpoint management, cloud platforms and SaaS environments. /li liExperience in IT asset management and vendor management. /li liFamiliarity with IT governance, risk management and compliance frameworks. /li liExperience supporting or managing bIT/security audits and assessments /b. /li liStrong problem-solving and hands-on attitude, with the ability to operate independently. /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills. /li liAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li libFluent English is mandatory /b, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3bNice to Have /b /h3 ul liPrevious experience in bMA, particularly in IT due diligence, technology integration or post-merger integration /b. /li liExperience with security/compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST or CIS Controls. /li liExperience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment. /li liRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 or similar. /li liExperience managing cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. /li liFamiliarity with privacy and data protection requirements, including GDPR. /li /ul h3bWhat We Are Looking For /b /h3 pWe are looking for someone who combines btechnical knowledge with a strong ownership mindset /b.br/You should be comfortable being the person who builds things from scratch, establishes processes where none exist, solves problems independently and works closely with the business to make technology an enabler rather than a bottleneck.br/The role is ideal for someone who wants to have bbroad ownership of IT and Security /b and play a key role in building the company’s technology and governance foundations as the organization grows.br/ /p pbSalary range: /b €60K - 70K /p pExein is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
