# QA / Testing Engineer (Automotive)TestingCentrum, Turin## emagine PolskaJob offers emagine PolskaFull-timeAnySeniorHybrid### Job description**Summary:** The role of QA / Testing Engineer focuses on validating vehicle software functions, specifically through Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation, vehicle diagnostics, and Over-the-Air (OTA) validation.
This position is crucial for ensuring the integrity and performance of automotive software systems.
**Main Responsibilities:*** Design, set up, and execute automation test cases on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test benches.
* Verify diagnostics communications and fault-handling protocols.
* Validate end-to-end functionality of Over-the-Air (OTA) updates.
* Create and run complex test configurations, network simulations, and automated test scripts using Vector CANoe.
**Key Requirements:*** Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive software testing.
* Proficiency in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.




* Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, including UDS (ISO *****) and CAN protocols.
* Experience with OTA validation and testing.
**Nice to Have:*** Familiarity with Vector CANoe or similar simulation tools.
* Experience with CAPL scripting for test automation.
* Fluency in both English and Italian.
