Marketing & Special Projects Intern
to join its team at the
Milano (MI)
headquarters.
We are looking for individuals with strong initiative and proactivity, who are open to change and passionate about digital transformation.
Position
In this role, as part of the Global Marketing Team and reporting to the Global Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Supporting the planning and execution of global events and brand experiences, with a strategic focus on the **** Centennial celebrations;
Manage all aspects of event logistics: from coordinating on-site activities and welcoming guests to managing materials and branding setups;
Contribute to the implementation of global brand and marketing initiatives by supporting the development of partnerships, drafting proposals and presentations, and actively participating in creative briefs;
Monitor project progress: update project plans and task trackers; manage timelines, priorities, and deadlines;
Support communication and coordination with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, partners, and local markets;
Work closely with the Communications and Digital teams to ensure alignment on all ongoing projects;
Assist the team with administrative and accounting tasks related to projects, including managing purchase orders, tracking invoices, and monitoring the budget.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or related fields;




Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently;
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel;
Interest in the luxury, design, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, with an eye for aesthetics and brand identity;
A plus: proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.);
A plus: previous experience in event support;Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
Excellent communication skills, with a natural aptitude for public relations.
