/p pFor our location in bArenzano /b we are looking for a bHealth, Safety Environment Technician (m/f/d) /b on a permanent contract.
/p h3Your mission: /h3 pProvide operational support for the management of health, safety and environmental matters within the manufacturing plant, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective risk prevention and the continuous improvement of HSE performance and safety culture.
/p ul liConduct shop-floor audits, safety inspections and workplace observations.
/li liCollect and analyse data on incidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
/li liManage and maintain HSE documentation, registers and records.
/li liUpdate safety and environmental KPIs and monitor agreed action plans.
/li liSupport occupational health surveillance activities in coordination with the Occupational Physician.
/li liCheck contractor documentation and support the operational coordination of external companies.
/li liVerify the correct use of personal protective equipment and compliance with work instructions.
/li liPrepare documentation and reports for internal stakeholders and external authorities, where required.
/li liParticipate in HSE meetings and safety committees.
/li liMonitor the timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions arising from audits, inspections and investigations.
/li /ul h3Your profile: /h3 ul liTechnical secondary-school diploma, preferably in an industrial,



environmental or safety-related discipline.
/li liBachelor's degree in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace, Environmental Engineering or a related field is considered an advantage.
/li liApproximately 2 to 5 years of experience in an HSE role within a manufacturing or industrial organisation.
/li liGood knowledge of Italian Legislative Decree ******* and occupational health and safety requirements.
/li liKnowledge of environmental regulations applicable to manufacturing sites.
/li liRisk assessment methodologies and HSE operational controls.
/li liInternal audit and workplace inspection techniques.
/li liIncident investigation and root cause analysis.
/li liHSE KPI monitoring, reporting and action tracking.
/li liGood command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
/li liFluent Italian, English at B1/B2 level.
