The researcher will analyze the genomes of participants recruited for the CoMPaSS-NMD project using the innovative classification algorithm of gene variants named GORDIAN SCORE.



The project aims at studying the genomes of individuals with neuromuscular disorders to identify pathways involved in the pathogenesis of the disease. The genomic analysis will be combined with clinical, histological, and MRI data. This approach is essential for the development of personalized clinical interventions. The study lays the groundwork for precision medicine in muscle diseases and for understanding the pathogenic mechanisms involved.
