As a Solution Key Account in the Hospitality & Residential team, you drive new business development and manage a diverse portfolio of wellness solutions. You will build and sustain strategic relationships to unlock opportunities across premium markets and ensure healthy profitability and cash flow. You’ll convert insights into actions, feed market feedback, and keep CRM up to date while expanding the customer base. This role sits at the intersection of sales, consultancy, and premium brand experience, offering a meaningful impact in a wellness-driven culture.

- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities, and update CRM




- Increase customer satisfaction and gather market feedback on segment trends
- Maintain and develop relationships and seek new opportunities
- Conduct customer/prospect visits aligned with sales code
- At least 3 years of sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
- Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
- Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
- Solid experience with CRM software; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Result-driven mindset; strong listening, communication, and presentation abilities
