We are seeking a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support advanced Electrophysiology systems across Italy, Emerging Markets, and the wider EMEA region.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working independently, travelling extensively, and solving technical challenges in customer-facing environments.

/ph3What You'll Be Doing /h3ulliInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot Electrophysiology systems /liliSupport hardware, software, IT infrastructure, and network connectivity /liliPerform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent break/fix situations within SLA requirements /liliManage your territory, travel plans, customer priorities, and service commitments independently /liliReprioritise workloads based on customer-critical needs /liliTravel extensively (70%+) /liliCollaborate with clinical,
