/b /p pbPurpose: /b /p pFor our pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Latina (Italy), we are looking for a bMANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR /b (PG 25) to be hired with a PERMANENT CONTRACT within the Operations Department (manufacturing area).
/p pThe Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for the operational execution of: /p pbNPIs production /b on both batch mode and continuous manufacturing /p pbCommercial production /b of Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC /p pThe role provides leadership as direct responsible of a group of operators, ensuring bsafe, compliant and efficient execution /b of manufacturing activities while supporting the site's innovation pipeline, technology transfers and future commercial readiness initiatives.
/p pThe successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved according to business priorities and timelines.
/p pThis is an on-site position reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
/p pbAs a Manufacturing Supervisor– New Product Introduction, you will: /b /p pLead and supervise NPI manufacturing activities across Batch Mode, Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC area,



ensuring successful execution of validation activities/technical transfer and commercial readiness of manufacturing campaigns; /p pCoordinate resources, schedules and operational priorities to guarantee project timelines while avoiding any impact on commercial production, in cooperation with the other areas supervisors; /p pDrive operational readiness activities for Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC (Enterprise Technology Center); /p pSupport implementation of innovative manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement initiatives; /p pLead, coach and develop a team of operators through effective performance management and development planning; /p pPromote a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, engagement and continuous learning collaborating with the MPS and other areas supervisors; /p pIncrease technical capabilities and polyvalence within the organization to support evolving business needs; /p pPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, alignment and project execution; /p pManage quotation process of new product introductions for manufacturing, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive cost estimates aligned with business and operational requirements.
/p pbQualifications / Requirements: /b /p ul liBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology or another relevant scientific or technical discipline; /li liRelevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated environment and familiarity with ICH guidelines and ISO standards; /li liSolid knowledge of manufacturing process Demonstrated ability to lead through change and act as a change agent Strong problem-solving, decision-making and risk management skills; /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; /li liExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders and matrix organizations; /li liStrong communication, networking, influencing skills and positive attitude; /li liDemonstrated business acumen and understanding of operational performance drivers; /li liFluent English (written and spoken).
/li /ul pbPreferred: /b /p ul liExperience or knowledge of Continuous Manufacturing technology is a plus; /li liExperience in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Kaizen methodologies; /li liExposure to digital manufacturing systems and advanced manufacturing technologies.
