/li liDevelop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
/li liReview journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy and completeness.




/li liLead month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
/li liManage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
/li liEnsure full compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies.
/li liMaintain and develop effective internal controls to safeguard hotel assets.
/li liCoordinate internal and external audits, support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, and closely monitor cash flow and financial performance.

/li liStrong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
