About this vacancy
Follow the complete project development, starting from business definition to start of production
Define and monitor the project masterplan, considering cost-time-quality targets
Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Participate and manage cross-functional team meetings
Define and implement best practices to improve project feasibility
Support identification and resolution of anomaly root causes
What we expect from you
MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on vehicle engineering
Good technical background and engineering approach to issues and analysis
Previous experience in a similar role and/or technical role in high-standard industries will be considered a plus
2+ years of professional experience
Availability for occasional short business trips
Good proficiency in MS Office for reporting activities
Native/bilingual Italian language proficiency, Professional English language required
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary - RAL will be no less than €******, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce - Tertiary,



Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
