As a Traditional Trade Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of some of the world's most loved brands across a dynamic and evolving market. Working at the heart of our commercial organization, you will help strengthen customer relationships, unlock new business opportunities, and ensure our products are consistently available and visible where consumers shop every day.
Main Responsibilities:
As the owner of your assigned customer portfolio, you will drive the growth of Ferrero's business in the Traditional Trade channel, developing and executing commercial plans that deliver ambitious sales targets and strengthen our market presence.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributor partners, lead commercial negotiations, manage contracts, and identify opportunities for sustainable business growth. Through effective planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring, you will ensure the successful delivery of business objectives while continuously seeking opportunities to expand Ferrero's footprint in the market.




Working closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams, you will bring our brands to life in-store by ensuring excellence in merchandising, promotional execution, secondary placements, and product freshness. You will leverage market insights and customer knowledge to support strategies that increase visibility, drive category growth, and create value for both Ferrero and its customers.
Through regular market visits and store checks, you will stay close to consumers and customers, monitor competitive activity, identify emerging trends, and continuously improve execution and business performance. You will also collaborate closely with distributor teams, helping to ensure alignment with Ferrero standards and supporting the consistent delivery of commercial excellence across the market.
