To strengthen our presence in Poland, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager who is passionate about technology, customer relationships, and winter sports infrastructure.

Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, partners, and key stakeholders
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the Polish market
- Work closely with our headquarters in Bolzano, Italy, as well as with internal technical and project teams
- Visit ski resorts and other customer sites to analyse technical requirements and understand customer needs
- Present TechnoAlpin’s products, technologies,



and customized solutions to customers and business partners
- Develop technically and commercially suitable solutions for highly complex snowmaking systems
- Manage customer enquiries and provide professional advice on technical concepts and proposals
- Prepare, present, negotiate, and follow up on quotations and offers
- Coordinate the sales process from the initial customer contact through to contract conclusion
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity data in our CRM system
- Monitor sales opportunities and ensure structured follow-up throughout the sales cycle
- Represent TechnoAlpin at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
- Regularly travel within Poland and, when required, to our headquarters in Bolzano

- Technical education or a comparable qualification, ideally in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, or a related field
