For our Courmayeur boutique, we are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team for the winter season.

More than a sales role, this is an opportunity to become part of the Fusalp experience: welcoming an international clientele, sharing our French heritage and technical expertise, and bringing our vision of elegant, high-performance alpine living to life.

Located in one of the Alps’ most iconic destinations, the Courmayeur boutique attracts a diverse international clientele throughout the winter season. You will work in a dynamic and welcoming team, in an environment where service, product expertise and team spirit are at the heart of the experience.

Your role:
- Welcome and advise local and international clients with warmth, energy and authenticity.
- Create a personalised and memorable experience by understanding each client’s needs, style and expectations.
- Develop client relationships and contribute to the boutique’s sales performance, KPIs and clienteling activities.




- Bring the Fusalp universe to life by sharing our heritage, craftsmanship, technical expertise and alpine identity.
- Develop a strong knowledge of our collections and confidently present Fusalp’s iconic and signature pieces.
- Be proactive on the sales floor and contribute to the energy, atmosphere and performance of the boutique.
- Ensure an impeccable level of presentation and visual merchandising, in line with Fusalp’s premium standards.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the boutique, including stock management, deliveries, replenishment, inventories, cash handling and general organisation.
- Work closely with the team to create a positive, supportive and high-performing environment.
