/liliCoordinate and monitor maintenance, repairs, facility operations to ensure smooth daily functioning of the building, being HVAC system the main focus.
/liliLiaise with external contractors, vendors internal teams to manage services such as cleaning technical maintenance according to the agreement and Scope of Work.
/liliLiaise with landlord to monitor all the requirements as per contract.
/liliSupport facility projects such as renovations, space planning, and office moves.
/liliMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to maintenance, compliance, and operations.
/liliPromote a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
/liliAct as a liaison with regulatory authorities, insurance and safety departments when required.
/liliIdentify, report, and follow up on facility issues, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating timely resolutions.
/liliPerform periodically review all facility-related activities, performance, and issues with the Facilities Coordinator to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
/li /ulh3Health Safety /h3ulliUnder the supervision of the Environment, Health safety coordinator: General supervision, responsible for assisting with the implementation of CAE's global HSE strategies, programs, policies, procedures, and processes.




/liliLiaise with the delegated RSPP to monitor all the Occupational risk prevention requirements as per contract.
/liliProvides recommendations to EHS coordinator to facilitate continuous EHS performance improvement.
/liliAssisting specific site/operations safe working programs and practices intended to improve the knowledge, skill and responsibilities that will have a direct effect on reducing accidents or incidents.
/liliAssisting actively in the implementation of such programs/procedures following HS coordinator guidance.
/liliAssisting EHS coordinator and the site/operations manager in accident reporting investigations.
/liliAssisting actively in the monitoring of contractors/sub-contractors on site/operations and the control of the high-risk activities to prevent severe injury and damage to site/operations or equipment.
/liliEnsuring that all contractors/sub-contractors are approved and meet the necessary EHS legal requirements.
/liliAssisting on the set up and track Safety Environmental training requirements that are specifically related to HS training programs as per legal expectations and CAE HS standards.
/liliPrepares all necessary documentation to complete work activities Oracle Entry; I-Proc: Ordering department specific supplies.
