ResponsabilitàProvide broad HR support to the site, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and engagement
Lead labor/employee relation strategy and related project execution
Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and select talent
Design and implement HR programs aligned with long-term business objectives
Support workforce planning, organizational design,



succession planning, and development initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR policies, laws, and regulations
Coach leaders on people-related issues and mediate conflicts as needed
Drive changes to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience
Requisiti fondamentali8+ years of HR experience, preferably in an ISC site
Strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
