For an experienced commercial professional looking to make a step-change in their career, it represents an exceptional opportunity.RESPONSIBILITIESLead commercial management across hyperscale and colocation data centre programmes from inception through to completionPrepare and manage cost plans, estimates, budgets, and commercial reports throughout the project lifecycleOversee procurement strategy and contract administration, ensuring commercial risk is effectively identified and managedProvide expert commercial advice to clients and internal project teams, supporting informed decision-making at all stagesManage and review change control processes, variations, and claims in line with contractual obligationsMonitor programme spend, forecast cost at completion,
and implement measures to drive cost efficiency and valueDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key project stakeholdersSupport the management and mentoring of junior commercial team membersContribute to business development activities and internal knowledge-sharing initiativesWHAT YOU NEEDProven experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior QS, or equivalent within a project advisory or consultancy environmentStrong background delivering on data centre, mission-critical, or other technically complex construction programmesComprehensive understanding of commercial management across the full project lifecycle, including procurement, contract administration, and cost controlExperience working with NEC, FIDIC, or similar forms of contract in a fast-paced, high-value project environmentExcellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex commercial positions clearly to clients and senior stakeholdersStrong interpersonal and relationship management skills — this role requires confidence engaging at all levelsDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline; MRICS or equivalent professional membership desirableWHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURNThis role offers a highly competitive salary of circa €110,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package aligned with the seniority of the position.
