h3Site Mechanical Electrical Supervisor (m/f/d) /h3 pWe are currently seeking a Site Based Electrical Mechanical (Building Services) Supervisor to join our HVDC team at Hitachi Energy.The Site Based Building Services Supervisor will be coordinating and inspecting the Building Services (BS) installation works throughout its scope of delivery.
The Building Services systems will include: LV Power Distribution, Lighting, HVAC, Domestic Water, BMS, Fire detection and Security Systems.
/p pThe Building Services Supervisorwill report to the Civil Construction Manager and integrate to the Site Management team.
/p pThe role will be fully site based at our two locations in Italy.
/p h3How you will make an impact: /h3 ulliSupport the engineering activities related to Building Services (BS), by contributing with the construction perspective, lessons learnt and best practices, whilst ensuring its constructability /liliReview the BS ITPs and ITRs, as well as all technical submissions from sub contractors to ensure compliance with the respective design andspecifications /liliCoordinate all on?site BS installation activities in alignment with project delivery schedule/activities to assure cost?effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements /liliSupport the Civil Construction Manager in making detailed workingplans with the Sub-Contractors of the BS scope installation activities, includingnecessary local resources, equipment, suppliers, and milestones /liliEnsure that all documentation related to the BS scope is revised and updated as necessary,



and that the latest revisions are used forthe construction work on site /liliMonitor and inspect the BS installation activities, ensuring the required quality for the respective works according tothe standards and specifications /liliLead or participate in site meetings related to the BS scope, and whenever required, with Customer, sub-contractors,and Hitachi Energy site personnel /liliPrepare and coordinate the BS related red marked drawings with the subcontractors and engineering /li /ul h3Your background: /h3 ulliDegree-qualified (BEng, BSc, MSc, or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field, or significant experience in an MEP (Building Services) supervisory role.
/liliReady to work in an international and multicultural work environment /liliExperience in industrial projects; in the energy sector is a plus /liliFluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken, is essential to effectively interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in French would be considered an advantage.
