pWe are seeking a motivated Electronics/Electrical Engineer with an academic background in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent eng. background) and at least 3 years of hands?on experience in Non?Conformance management and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
/p pThe candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality, driving issue resolution, and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing and engineering processes.
/p pExperience in structured and international industrial environments is highly valued.
/p pThe selected candidate will be responsible for: /p ul liManage and coordinate Non?Conformance (NC) processes from identification to closure /li liLead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) /li liDrive and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA/RCCA) to ensure sustainable solutions /li liCollaborate with cross?functional teams (Production, Quality, RD, Suppliers) to resolve issues effectively /li liAnalyze quality data and trends to identify systemic issues and process improvement /li liInterface with suppliers for quality?related issues and corrective actions (if applicable) /li liDevelop and improve testing procedures for NPI and released products /li liAcquire advanced knowhow in technical environment, specifically inertial navigation and data analysis /li liBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field /li liMinimum 3 years of proven experience in:
/li liNon?Conformance management /li liRoot Cause Analysis and RCCA processes /li liAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation /li liGood knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.) /li liExperience in electronic assembly manufacturing processes (e.g., SMT, THT, testing, rework) /li liAnalytical mindset with strong problem?solving skills /li liBasic Knowledge of MATLAB /li /ul pIn compliance with regulations on the secure handling of certain information, Italian citizenship is required.
