/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliDevelop and maintain a strong portfolio of local, international, VIP, and high-net-worth clients, driving repeat business through consistent and thoughtful outreach.
/liliAchieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through relationship selling, appointment-based business, cross-selling, and client development.
/liliDeliver an exceptional luxury experience, providing personalized styling and product recommendations based on each client's lifestyle, preferences, and purchasing history.
/liliProactively utilize CRM and clienteling tools to identify opportunities, schedule appointments, follow up with clients, and cultivate long-term relationships.




/liliDevelop new business while maximizing existing client relationships through events, new collection launches, private appointments, and personalized outreach.
/liliDemonstrate sophisticated product knowledge and brand storytelling, confidently representing the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship, and collections.
/liliServe as a strong senior presence on the sales floor, leading by example and supporting less experienced Client Advisors when appropriate.
/liliPartner closely with boutique leadership and the wider team to achieve store objectives and maintain the highest standards of luxury service.
/liliRemain knowledgeable about the local luxury market, client trends, competitors, and opportunities to grow the boutique's business.
