Overview

In this role you drive the development and optimization of physical logistics across manufacturing plants, aligning with the overall supply chain strategy. You will work with cross-functional and international teams to enhance cost, service, quality, and sustainability metrics while promoting standards and best practices. The position offers involvement in continuous improvement, digital transformation, and logistics excellence within an international environment. You will contribute to projects that shape end-to-end material flows and logistics performance, delivering tangible business impact.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate and standardize material flow processes across multiple plants
- Lead packaging optimization initiatives and manage related data and compliance
- Support transportation management and cost-reduction initiatives with sites
- Monitor logistics quality, inventory performance and KPIs; implement corrective actions
- Contribute to logistics controlling, cost-saving and network optimization projects
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation of logistics tools




- Facilitate workshops and knowledge sharing to promote standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to align with business objectives

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably international manufacturing
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across functions
- Good command of English; additional languages (German, Italian, Portuguese) are a plus
