As a Sales Advisor in Milan, you drive client engagement and sales performance for Brioni, upholding the brand’s standards of excellence. You nurture relationships from first contact to post-sale, leveraging CRM tools and the LUCE Client Book to grow the customer base and retention. You collaborate with the store team to meet targets while ensuring flawless customer experience and brand representation. Responsabilità
- Build positive relationships with customers from first contact to farewell

Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 3 years of experience in a luxury brand sales role
- Fluent in English; another language is a plus
- Good knowledge of men’s formalwear and high-end fashion
- MTM specialization is a plus
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Positive, proactive, client-focused approach
- Sense of ownership and accountability
- Flexible to work extended on the sales floor and weekends
