In this role you will manage dealer performance in your area to meet HMCI targets and ensure facilities meet standards. You will collaborate with dealer staff, develop action plans, monitor KPIs, and drive customer satisfaction improvements. You’ll evaluate workshop processes, assess staff skills, and shape local marketing activities within HMCI guidelines. Responsabilità
- Meet with dealers regularly to align on targets and plans
- Identify action plans to reach qualitative and quantitative targets
- Monitor and report on HMCI KPIs
- Evaluate Authorized Workshops focusing on customer satisfaction
- Assess dealers’ staff skills and capability
- Define local dealer marketing activities per HMCI guidelines and measure effectiveness
- Analyze actions and performance of competitors in the area
- Identify and contact potential candidates to develop business in the area
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years of related experience
- Fluent English
- University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
- Market understanding
