For the next season 2027, we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests.
He/She reports to Executive Chef.

Main duties & responsibilities:
- Meal preparation: cooking and preparing food for each service;
- Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen;




- Controls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditions;
- Monitors portion and waste control;
- Performs all duties assigned by the Chef and/or Executive Chef;
- Coordinate and monitor all Demi and Commis de partie assigned to him/her.
- Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques;
- At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment; Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
- Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability;
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player;
- Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues;
- Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background;
