Join us for a career rich in opportunities, where you can make a difference, in an environment where every day is unique. ## **YOUR ROLE** As **Senior Safety Critical Systems Engineer** at **Capgemini Engineering** you will contribute to the development of complex avionic systems for the Aerospace & Defense sector, with a particular focus on armament control systems (*Store Management Systems*) and safety-critical equipment. In this role, you will be a key element in the following activities: * Analysis of system requirements, definition of functional specifications and test requirements. * Development of System Engineering and Model Based Design activities for safety-critical avionic systems. * Integration, verification and validation of equipment based on complex microprocessors and microcontrollers. * Management of requirements, traceability and technical documentation using DOORS and Configuration Management tools. * Support to Design Reviews and management of avionic interfaces based on Ethernet, CAN, ARINC429 and MIL-STD-1553. ## **YOUR CHARACTERISTICS** * Experience in the development and integration of safety-critical avionic systems based on complex microprocessors/microcontrollers (PPC or equivalent). * Knowledge of System Engineering processes, Model Based Design, DOORS and Versioning and Configuration Management tools.



* Proficiency in avionic communication protocols and interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, ARINC429, MIL-STD-1553, RS232/422/485). * Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. **Note:** a specialist degree in Electronic, Electrical, Aerospace, Mechatronic, Automation Engineering or related disciplines and an excellent knowledge of Italian and English is required. ## **WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US** * We recognize the importance of flexible work solutions to offer you support. **Classification:** CCNL Commercio – 2nd Level and 1st Level. **Gross annual salary (RAL):** * from € 31,270 to € 40,150 for the 2nd level * from € 35,057 to € 57,475 for the 1st level The salary will be defined based on the skills, professional experience and seniority level of the selected person. The indicated salary range is defined in accordance with European and national legislation on pay transparency.
