To strengthen our presence in Poland, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager who is passionate about technology, customer relationships, and winter sports infrastructure.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, partners, and key stakeholders
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the Polish market
Work closely with our headquarters in Bolzano, Italy, as well as with internal technical and project teams
Visit ski resorts and other customer sites to analyse technical requirements and understand customer needs
Present TechnoAlpin’s products, technologies,



and customized solutions to customers and business partners
Develop technically and commercially suitable solutions for highly complex snowmaking systems
Manage customer enquiries and provide professional advice on technical concepts and proposals
Coordinate the sales process from the initial customer contact through to contract conclusion
Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity data in our CRM system
Represent TechnoAlpin at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
Regularly travel within Poland and, when required, to our headquarters in Bolzano
Experience in technical sales, consultative selling, or the development of customized technical solutions
Ability to understand complex technical systems and explain them clearly to customers
Strong customer focus and a professional, solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
