Etjca Group Permanent division is looking for an Industrial Machinery Assembly Technician for a company operating in the industrial automation sector located near Lecco. This professional figure, reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, will be involved in the assembly and mechanical mounting of groups and components intended for the creation of industrial machinery. Specifically, they will be responsible for: * Assembly and mechanical mounting of mechanical groups according to technical drawings and work sheets. * Identification and preparation of components necessary for assembly. * Use of main workshop equipment and assembly tools. * Execution of quality controls on assembled components. * Verification and management of any anomalies encountered during the production process. This figure collaborates with the technical team to ensure compliance with quality standards and production times. The ideal candidate: * Has gained experience as a mechanical assembler in the industrial machinery sector. * Is able to read mechanical drawings. * Has knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and, preferably, hydraulics.
* Has obtained a diploma or professional qualification in mechanics. Completing the profile: * Precision and attention to detail. * Good problem-solving skills. * Predisposition to teamwork. **Workplace:** Near Lecco; willingness to undertake short business trips to national and international customers is required. **We offer:** * Permanent employment contract, CCNL Metalmeccanico industria, level C2/C3. * Indicative gross annual salary (RAL) €30,000 - €35,000. * Benefits: travel allowance + company-integrated welfare.
