OverviewAs Construction Manager, you oversee supplier activities across prefabrication, fabrication and module construction in Italy. You coordinate supplier and foreman teams to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, acting as the liaison among suppliers, contractors and client representatives. You support process improvements and ensure adherence to HSE standards while guiding field problem resolution with customers. This role shapes execution in a complex environment within the IET group, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree or equivalent (relevant professional qualifications)Experience in production environment/operations management/constructionProven experience in fabrication, welding (including dimensional controls), painting supervision and NDT in oil & gasExtensive knowledge of AWS, ASME, API standards and NDE methodologiesKnowledge of welding equipment, procedure specs, welder approvals, and safety complianceExperience working in complex organizationsFluency in English and Italian; EU work permitExcellent communication skills to explain technical information to customersLead, Collaborate, Grow and Care (values)strong communicationability to work in cross-functional teamsWelding and welding controlsDimensional checks and NDT/NDE methodologiesPainting supervision and quality control
