For the stores in Rome, *we are looking for a/an:* ### STORE PERFORMANCE MANAGER **Role Responsibilities:** * Analyze the store's income statement, monitoring KPIs and economic performance (revenue, margin, costs, investments) to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure business objectives are met. * Support the Store Leader in the strategic and operational decisions of the store, contributing to the development of development plans consistent with local market opportunities and company strategy. * Actively collaborate in defining the annual budget and building strategies aimed at sustainable growth in revenue and profitability in the medium to long term. * Promote the evolution of financial practices and business processes, contributing to the implementation of new tools and disseminating a solid economic and patrimonial culture within the store. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Dynamic and international growth paths - Internal Mobility Card between BUs * Continuous development through an online training HUB and on-the-job training * Conventions portal, employee discounts, and health care (FondoEst) * For this position,



an annual gross salary range between **€34,500 and €48,000** is provided. The economic proposal will be commensurate with experience, skills, and professional background, in compliance with the classification provided for the role. * Reward system that values individual and team performance * Widespread shareholding in the Adeo Group **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Degree and/or Master (preferably economic/scientific background) * Passion for retail and strong customer orientation * Managerial experience in the retail world * Ability to analyze and optimize store processes * Strong orientation towards analysis and the use of data in decision-making processes * Experience in defining and managing productivity data and commercial store KPIs * Collaborative leadership, ability to build relationships based on trust and openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback * Clear and effective communication, ability to translate complex data into clear and easily understandable elements for the business * Knowledge of English and/or French. **But the best part is, this is just the beginning!** Your journey will start in **Rome**, but it could lead you to new experiences in our Sicilian stores in **Palermo and Catania**.
