In 2025, revenues reached 3.7 billion euros.* We are looking for a person to be included in the Global Central Function Research & Development who will deal with: * Contribute to the generation of technical solutions for innovative products, following their development phases, starting from brainstorming meetings up to the drafting and subsequent filing of patents; * Perform setup and sizing calculations for components and systems; studies, models and drawings using CAD/PDM systems, for complex projects; Execute 3D models and 2D drawings on CAD systems, for components/assemblies/systems; * Manage technical documentation ensuring its correctness and entry into the IT system (PLM/central repositories); * Guarantee a first analysis of deviations from the established project objectives,



proposing solutions for continuous improvement; * Collaborate with the bodies that contribute to the realization and validation of the product in a synergistic way to ensure an effective and efficient development process; * Draft, in collaboration with other R&D; bodies and with any suppliers, the mechanical specifications of the system, product, component in order to guarantee the satisfaction of the requirements; * Ensure the creation and maintenance of the FMEA (Failure modes and effects analysis) of the project; * Guarantee control and verification of the activities carried out and project review. Requirements: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering * At least 3 years of experience in the design area * Knowledge of parametric modeling tools (preferably CatiaV5) * Excellent knowledge of the English language Nice to have: * Knowledge of FEM simulation tools is welcome * Knowledge of FMEA methodology * Knowledge of PDM/PLM management systems is welcome * Knowledge of FMEA methodology and related tools is welcome * Knowledge of the design of plastic products and related manufacturing processes (focus on Injection Molding) is welcome The package includes: * Classification starting from level B1 of the Metalworkers' CCNL, based on seniority and skills * Gross annual salary starting from € 31,879.38 (minimum provided by the CCNL for level B1), based on seniority and skills * Performance bonus (average gross value upon achievement of target): € 6,000 * Company agevolazioni system Workplace: Stezzano (BG) *The company guarantees data processing pursuant to European Regulation no. 2016/679, referring to the privacy policy available by continuing with this application.
