In 2025, revenues reached 3.7 billion euros.* We are looking for a **SAP BUSINESS ANALYST (SD&Logistics;)** to join our Global Central Function Transformation – Enterprise Application Services and **Digital Transformation Program Management** area. This will be a key figure in transforming complex business needs into scalable **S/4HANA** solutions, with full responsibility for the evolution of Order to Cash processes,



driving end-to-end process harmonization and ensuring the operational excellence of our automotive supply chain. ### Main Activities * **Strategy and Architecture**: Design and implement **scalable OTC solutions in S/4HANA**, reducing the complexity of **logistics processes** and ensuring alignment with global standards. * **Business Transformation**: Lead **optimization and automation initiatives (EDI, JIT/JIS)**, acting as a reference point for cross-country Order-to-Cash processes. * **Technological Governance**: **Coordinate functional and technical development**, collaborating with cross-functional teams (EWM, MM, PP, FI/CO) and external partners, ensuring end-to-end system consistency. * **Driving Change**: Influence business decisions, challenging the status quo to eliminate inefficiencies and promote the adoption of best practices in a cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. ### Requirements * Degree in **Engineering**, **Computer Science**, Physics, or STEM disciplines * **Experience: Minimum 5-7 years** in **SAP OTC Functional Consultant or Business Analyst** roles in complex production environments (Automotive OEM/Tier-1 is a fundamental plus). * Core **SD & Logistics**: SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OtC), Advanced Pricing & Rebates, Sales Contracts & Scheduling Agreements, Transportation Module. * Hands-on experience with EDI (EDIFACT, VDA, ANSI X12)



and integrations with EWM and SAP Transportation Module. * Soft Skills: Leadership, negotiation skills, problem-solving orientation, and aptitude for working in multicultural environments. * Fluent in English * Availability for international travel ### Nice to have * Plus: Sap Self Billing Cockpit, Sap TM * Automotive Logistics * Integration: SAP EWM, SAP FI/CO/MM/PP, SAP Integration Suite. * Modernization (Plus): SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), Fiori Extensibility, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). * Development Tools: ABAP (plus), Reporting/Analytics, CDS. * Development & Data: ABAP Objects (BAdIs/Enhancements), CDS Views for Reporting, SAP Query/Data Analysis. ### The package includes: * Employment starting from level B2 of the Metalworkers' National Collective Bargaining Agreement, depending on seniority and skills * Gross Annual Salary ***starting from*** € 34,209.89 (minimum provided by CCNL for level B2), depending on seniority and skills * Performance premio (average gross value upon achieving target): € 6,000 * Company benefits system ### Work location: Stezzano *The company guarantees data processing in accordance with European Regulation n. 2016/679, referring to the privacy policy available by continuing with this application.
