Overview

In this role you contribute to client transformation projects by implementing and evolving Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for planning, consolidation and reporting. You will work within the Enterprise Platform Team to support Finance and Controlling functions, shaping functional designs and configuring modules. You’ll lead workshops, design dimensional models, and manage go-live and hypercare. This position offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and a chance to influence budgeting and closing cycles at diverse client engagements.

Responsabilità

- Run workshops with FP&A;, controlling and accounting teams to define requirements and distinguish standard EPM coverage from bespoke design
- Design dimensional models and metadata structures with hierarchies and time-based changes
- Independently configure modules (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting) and develop forms, business rules and consolidation rules
- Design integrations with ERP and source systems (Data Integration,



files and APIs, mapping, reconciliations to GL)
- Lead functional testing, data reconciliation with historical data and UAT, sign-off with controlling
- Support go-live and hypercare, covering budget, forecast and close cycles
- Independently own one or more workstreams, reporting to Managers/Senior Managers and mentoring junior staff

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementation/evolution projects (Planning and/or Financial Consolidation and Close)
- Active role in functional design and configuration
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and consolidated close processes
- Familiarity with calculation logic (business rules, Calculation Manager, Groovy)
- Ability to integrate ERP and source systems and reconcile data with accounting source
- Good command of English and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
