Within the Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering organizational unit of the Aircraft BU, within the UAS Manufacturing function, for the Ronchi dei Legionari (GO) site, we are looking for a Mechanical / Aeronautical Technician who will be responsible for the following activities: * Setup of documentary production datapackage and support to Departments: analysis of make or buy, use of the SAP system for creating master data, bills of material and production cycles * Ensure the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of production methods and processes, with the aim of optimizing times, costs, quality and safety, supporting production activities and promoting operational efficiency.



* Industrialization of products * Interfaces with production departments and suppliers in solving technical problems * Design production flows * Preparation of testing procedures **Educational qualification:** ITS Diploma in Aeronautical Construction, Mechanics **Required experience level**: Junior **Technical skills:** * Knowledge of production processes: * Sheet metal bending and machine tool processing * Assembly processes of aeronautical structures, bonding and riveting * Manual fabrication of composite parts with autoclave curing **Behavioral skills:** * Excellent autonomy and problem-solving skills * Good relational and communication skills * Ability to adapt to new contexts * Motivation and tenacity in pursuing one's goals * Ability to work in a team * Proactivity * Attention to detail * Flexibility **Language skills:** * English level B1 **Computer skills:** * MS Office **Other** * Availability for national and international travel Involvement, enhancement of skills, care for people's well-being and safety are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.
