Within the **Aircraft Business Unit** of the **Aeronautics Division**, in the Operations & Supply Chain unit, we are looking for a **Product Quality Engineer** for the Cameri site. Selected candidate will join the Product Quality team and support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities in case of non-conformities or problems encountered during the production process. They will collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to implement effective corrective actions and contribute to continuous process improvement. **Main activities:** * Non-conformity analysis: Support in identifying root causes using RCCA methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA). * Corrective action implementation: Collaboration with involved departments to define and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions. * Performance monitoring:
Collection and analysis of data related to defects, rework, and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Reporting: Preparation of detailed reports on RCCA activities, results obtained, and recommendations for improvement. **Education:** First or second-level degree (preferably Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Management Engineering) or, in the case of a technical diploma, previous experience in the field, even if brief, is required. **Experience Required:** Junior (1 - 3 years of experience) **Technical Skills:** * Basic engineering knowledge, both technical and managerial; * Familiarity with aeronautical topics is preferred. * Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis methodologies (e.g., 5why, Ishikawa, FMEA) is preferred. * Basic knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9100) **Behavioral Skills:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation * Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams * Proactivity and eagerness to learn **Language Skills:** Intermediate-advanced English (B2 or higher). **Computer Skills:** * Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas) * Basic knowledge of presentation tools (PowerPoint or similar) **Other:** Willingness to travel occasionally to other Division sites, including abroad.
