We are looking for 1 young student to be placed in an internship with the aim of developing their degree thesis at the Venice (Tessera) site. **Below are the main activities:** Under the direct supervision of the head of production engineering of the Venice plant, who reports directly to the Plant Director, the intern will deal with, for the aircraft of the plant: * Based on the maintenance plan provided for each aircraft, prepare the technical work documentation (Job Card) to be made available in Production to carry out operational maintenance activities; Design activities are not carried out; * Based on the non-conformities detected by Production during inspection activities, respond to technical discrepancies by consulting Manuals/drawings and technical documentation (Non Routine Card); * Possibility to support production in carrying out functional tests during aircraft delivery to the Customer; * Support production in special processes for which the site is qualified (painting; steel passivation, ...) and in the interpretation of the technical documentation to be used; * At the end of the initial path in production engineering, the final assignment area is planned (production engineering - quality - material planning etc.). **Education:** Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering.
**Seniority:** Junior **Knowledge and technical skills:** Practical approach to problem solving, to be included in the plant maintenance engineering that deals with following the technical activities related to aircraft maintenance (from the analysis of maintenance plans provided by the Customer, to the preparation of technical documentation, up to responses to discrepancies that emerged during maintenance activities) interfacing with Production and with national and international Customers for technical aspects. Possibility to work in a dynamic environment in the Hangar, also on board the aircraft and in the flight field during the final tests for aircraft delivery. Design activities are not carried out. **Behavioral skills:** * Proactivity; * Ability to work in a team; * Learning orientation; * Flexibility; * Excellent communication skills. **Language skills:** * Good knowledge of written and spoken English, B2 level. **How does the selection process work?** Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.
