Oniverse is a vertically integrated Italian multi-brand Group active in three main business areas: fashion, food&wine;, and nautical. For the E-commerce area, we are looking for a UX & CRO Manager. **WHERE:** Oniverse HQ Dossobuono di Villafranca (Verona) ### WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Define the UX and Conversion Rate Optimization strategy for the digital channels of our brands in line with business objectives; * Manage and coordinate a UX/UI team, supporting its development and defining its operational priorities; * Coordinate and supervise user behavior analysis activities (session replay, heatmaps, user testing, surveys, etc.); * Supervise business as usual activities (homepage, banners, landing pages, etc.), ensuring visual and functional consistency with brand identities; * Guide the design of effective interfaces and user flows, in collaboration with UX Designers, UI Specialists, and Frontend Developers; * Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests with a data-driven approach; * Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the conversion funnel and user experience; * Collaborate with international E-commerce teams to scale global UX and CRO best practices; * Monitor performance KPIs and draft periodic reports on the impact of UX & CRO initiatives. ### WE WOULD REALLY LIKE TO MEET YOU IF: * You have at least 5 years of experience in UX, CRO, or Digital Optimization roles,
