We are looking for a new person to join our **Human Resources Area** with the role of **Recruitment and Selection Officer.** To strengthen the team, we are looking for an HR Recruiter who will support personnel selection activities. The selected figure will be an operational point of reference in the area, dealing with scouting, recruiting and onboarding of new resources, supporting the development and strengthening of the sales network throughout the country. **The role** You will be part of a stimulating, dynamic and constantly evolving environment. In collaboration with the HR team, you will be responsible for the entire personnel search and selection process. In particular: * management of the recruiting process, from collecting needs to selecting candidates * curriculum screening and profile evaluation activities * conducting individual interviews,
