Ciao a tutti We're thrilled to introduce a key role within our Legal and Contracts Department that connects our cutting-edge technology with the regulatory and utility landscape across Italy and other EU countries. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

- Negotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for Sungrow’s projects in Italy and other EMEA regions.
- Support contract activities for the PV and ESS Business Units, including framework agreements and sales contracts.
- Review, draft, and qualify various contractual documents such as General Terms & Conditions and non-disclosure agreements.
- Identify contractual risks and deviations from Sungrow’s principles, securing necessary approvals for major issues.
- Prepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with both new and existing clients.
- Create comprehensive contract and risk summaries to inform project personnel of obligations and objectives.




- Negotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on active projects, advising commercial managers.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, processes, and procedures within Sungrow’s Business Management System.
