Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are looking for a **Junior Cyber Security Service Manager** for our office in **Rome Laurentina.** The resource we identify, supported by a senior figure, will be responsible for: * Supervising that the provision of managed (MSS) and non-managed services takes place effectively and efficiently, implementing all necessary actions to ensure compliance with contractual commitments (SLA) and dedicating themselves daily to Continual Service Improvement; * Representing the main interface towards the Customer as well as the point of connection and coordination of the activities of Leonardo's technical verticals dedicated to service provision; * Organizing and conducting periodic SERVICE REVIEWS with Customers, in which they represent the trend of services provided, manage any critical issues and propose solutions,



the adoption of new technologies and/or process improvements; * Coordinating any escalations in case of serious incidents/changes that may impact service provision; * Assuming the role of Service On-boarding Manager during the on-boarding phase for the governance of activities and the collection of information necessary to define the necessary steps and key elements for activating the security services provided for in the contract; * Drawing up and constantly updating relevant deliverables. **Education:** Degree in technical disciplines (STEM) or equivalent culture. **Seniority**: Junior. Previous experience, even brief, in the Cyber field is preferred. Recently graduated profiles with a background in line with the proposed activities will also be considered suitable. **Technical and IT knowledge and skills:** * Support in conducting projects in the Cyber Security field, in multidisciplinary and multi-service contexts; * Ability to draw up relevant documentation, to support the operational verticals dedicated to the provision of Cyber services; * Knowledge of the services provided by a SOC and a Digital Center (RTSM, SDM, SSM, Red Teaming, Threat Intelligence, etc.); * Knowledge of the main attack vectors in the current scenario; * Knowledge of the phases of an ATP type attack; * Knowledge of NIST frameworks and their mapping with services provided by a SOC/Digital Center; * Knowledge of the main technologies in the Cyber Security field (WAF, PROXY, ANTISPAM, FIREWALL, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/MDR); **Language skills:** English language proficiency level B1 or higher. **Behavioral skills:** * Analytical skills; * Problem solving; * Team working; * Proactivity; **Other:** Possession of the following certifications would be a plus: * ITIL v4; * CISM; * CISSP; * ECIH; * CEH; Availability for short/medium term business trips. **Involvement, enhancement of skills**, care for the **well-being** and **safety of people** are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.
