This position reports to: HSE Manager__Your role and responsibilitiesYou will have the opportunity to contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in your assigned area of responsibility to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE.Each day, you will support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain. This is fixed term contract for 1 year and this role is contributing to the ELSP in Ferentino plant, Italy.

Work model for the role is: this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: Reporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions. Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks. Providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB.Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.

Reporting of waste according to Italian legislation (RENTRI).Qualifications for the roleYou are highly skilled in HSE topics and you enjoy working with people in production and in interfuctional team. You have min 1-2 years of experience in job position related to Health, Safety , Environment Management.



Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Prevention.

UNI EN ISO 45001, UNI EN ISO 14001, ISO 50001) would be considered an advantage.
