What we expect from you

- Master's Degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering

- 0-2 years of experience

- Knowledge of flight dynamics

- Familiarity with modeling and simulation of aerospace systems and multibody system dynamics

- Proficiency in Matlab and Simulink

- Italian C2, English B2

What you can expect from us

The position provides a permanent contract, and the offered base gross annual salary (RAL) will not be less than €28,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.





TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL exceeding the level stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a component for direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget of €4,000 net per year for skill development, and an annual welfare credit. More details will be provided during the selection phase, in accordance with current company policies.
