We are looking for a motivated Manager Influencer Relations and Talent Management for Mytheresa in Milan.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support the global Talents Team in developing and executing talent strategies across all categories, including Womenswear,



Menswear, Kidswear, Life and Fine Jewellery.
Build and independently manage and nurture strong, long-term relationships with relevant key industry contacts, including talent agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers, managers, and other key partners.
Develop strategic talent proposals and recommendations for key brand partnerships, campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
Take ownership of talent projects from initial concept and outreach through execution and follow-up, ensuring a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Support and lead talent-related events and activations, including guest list strategy and management, talent outreach and coordination, logistics, dressing, and on-site execution.
