Responsabilità
- Define influencer engagement strategies with Brand and Media Managers
- Identify and select influencers and creators aligned with brand objectives
- Develop creative briefs and campaign guidance for collaborators
- Manage relationships with influencers, agency partners, and talent reps
- Ensure high-quality content delivery and premium campaign execution
- Own end-to-end campaign execution: briefing, rollout, performance tracking, ROI evaluation




- Engage audiences and foster community advocacy around campaigns
- Drive user-generated content and advocacy initiatives to amplify brand communities
- Monitor social conversations, competitor activity, and industry trends to manage risks
- Maintain and evolve influencer databases and partnerships
- Use social listening and insights to inform recommendations and advocacy business cases
- Create and adapt content for digital channels (ad copy, concepts, briefs, storyboards)
- Leverage AI-powered tools for ideation, asset adaptation, and testing
- Translate insights into creative recommendations and optimize campaigns

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships
- Experience managing social communities, advocacy programs, or UGC
- Background in beauty, luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods is advantageous
- Strong project and stakeholder management with multiple prior
